Introduction

Medical Education in Nepal is really expensive . Many students compete every year for getting scholarship seats in various medical colleges under various Universities. There are over 12,000 medical aspirants who compete every year after their +2 studies. But the scholarship seats  are very few compared to the participants. If you are one of those who got to his dream colleges and universities in scholarship, CONGRATS!! Even if you are studying under donation ,CONGRATS!! you have better chance to survive medical college .


Medical schools is a lot more different then most of the students think. You don't get much time to do your other extra curriculum activities . But trust me, when you are truly into studying medicine ,you can enjoy studying as much as nothing else. 
       Let me introduce myself first :

       My name is Sujeet Shah. I am permanently from Rautahat, Nepal. Currently I live in a beautiful city Imadole in Lalitpur. I graduated from my college (+2) Trinity International College. I was able to secure third position  in my college in +2 with an average percentage of 86.5 . I am currently a medical student at  Patan Academy of Health Sciences (PAHS). I was able to secure my seat for partial scholarship here. 

 This blog is all about helping you to decide properly about the resources to use and how to apply various resources out there in our study. We can move together and share our knowledge regarding the various topics related to medicine. I will post many helpful articles in the future which will be helpful to many medical students . Surviving your first year in Medical School

          First of all, congrats!! You made it to the med school. I am writing this post thinking that you must be a newly joined med student or at any phase of your first year. Those who are in the middle of first year and came by with this  post or any other similar posts, don't bother, you are not late.
